What Type of Patient Is Touch Up 10 a Good Fit For?

Touch Up 10 is best suited for patients with minor dental corrections, often those who have had previous orthodontic treatments.

Here are some scenarios where Touch Up 10 might be a good fit:

  • Patients who have previously undergone orthodontic work.
  • Individuals with upcoming events who want their smile to be in top shape in less time.
  • Those who may have forgotten to wear their retainers from previous orthodontic treatment.
  • Patients who had orthodontic work at a young age and experienced teeth shifting over time.
  • Cases where permanent retainers didn’t maintain teeth alignment.
  • People who didn’t achieve the best results from their initial orthodontic treatment.
  • Situations where removing molars or wisdom teeth has created more flexibility for realignment.

Please note that not every patient qualifies for Touch Up 10, as it is specifically designed for minor corrections. Typically, candidates for this treatment have had some type of orthodontic work in the past, and their teeth have shifted over time. Touch Up 10 is not intended for patients with complex dental issues that require extensive treatment.

If you are unsure about your orthodontic needs and eligibility, we recommend scheduling a consultation with our team at Swish Dental to evaluate your specific needs and determine the most appropriate treatment plan for you.

How Does Touch Up 10 Differ from Traditional Invisalign Treatment?

Touch Up 10 is specifically designed for minor corrections, utilizing fewer aligner sets, only 10, compared to the typical 20 or more aligners used in standard Invisalign treatments.

This allows the process to be completed in about half the time of a typical Invisalign case, making it an efficient option for quick smile enhancements.

Touch Up 10 is meant to correct minor issues in the smile zone, making it an ideal choice for patients looking for quick improvements without extensive orthodontic work.

Invisalign, on the other hand, is suited for a wider range of dental issues, including more complex cases that need comprehensive alignment.
