Don’t see the answer you’re looking for?

What services can I get sedation treatment for?

Our sedation options are available for a wide range of treatments, from basic cleanings to restorative procedures and extractions. Whether you're addressing dental anxiety or a complex treatment, we want to make sure you’re comfortable.

Is there an additional cost for sedation?

Nitrous sedation is available at an additional cost of $100. Oral sedation may have an additional cost of $300; this can vary based on your treatment.

How long does nitrous sedation last?

Nitrous sedation typically lasts around 5 minutes. After your treatment, we ensure your comfort and safety by administering oxygen therapy to clear the effects of nitrous oxide.

What oral sedation medications do you prescribe?

We prescribe medications like Halcyon (trazodone) and Valium for oral sedation. You'll take these medications before your appointment, and our team will guide you through the process.

Is it safe to drive after dental sedation?

It's safe to drive after nitrous sedation, as the effects wear off quickly. However, after oral sedation, it's recommended that you arrange for someone to drive you home due to potential lingering effects.

How will I feel after sedation?

Nitrous sedation leaves most patients feeling perfectly fine, with some reporting light-headedness. Oral sedation might lead to spotty memory, light-headedness, or mild nausea. Our team will ensure you have everything you need to stay comfortable throughout the process.
